SAFED for Vans - FUNDING NOW AVAILABLE!

The SAFED (Safe And Fuel Efficient Driving) for Vans programme began in 2006, its aim being to provide free or very low cost training to van drivers within the English regions.

Currently partially-funded by the Department for Transport (DfT), SAFED for Vans enables both individual self-employed van drivers and drivers of small to large corporate organisations to improve their road safety, fuel economy and in some cases to reduce their fleet insurance premiums.

Limited funding is now available for this course.

“Our van drivers have recently completed the SAFED for Vans scheme. On behalf of the drivers and the Company, I would like to thank you, Geoff, Ged and Kathy for your efforts. The feedback from our drivers was positive and despite the initial apprehension they all enjoyed the course. I am sure there will be a benefit in the future both to the drivers and the Company. Could you please pass on our thanks to the trainers and we look forward to working with you in the future.”

Nichole Radcliffe (HR Manager - BMS Superfactors)
